Reawakening the art of
Community Singing

“I was part of Jonas' workshop at Midgardsblot. I very much recommend it! He made a very safe and comfortable area for people to take part and find our voices, both our own and our communal voice.

He also gave room for it to be a conversation and let people share their thoughts which I find interesting.

Great for beginners and also some with more experience in this area.”

Voice Activation Workshops

Through my Voice Activation Workshops, I guide people back to one of humanity’s oldest forms of connection — song. These workshops are not about performance or technique. They are about remembering what the voice truly is: a living instrument for connection, healing, and transformation.

We explore the body as a resonant vessel, the breath as the bridge between worlds, and song as a way to awaken a deeper sense of self. Participants are invited to rediscover the natural power of their own voice — to listen, to release, and to find harmony together in sound.

Drawing from ancient singing traditions and modern understandings of physiology and psychology, the workshops offer a space that is both grounding and uplifting — a reminder that song is medicine, and that we heal not alone, but together.

Why It’s Powerful

Singing is good for the body and mind. It lowers stress, regulates breathing, and releases hormones that lift mood and promote connection.

• It brings people together. When we sing in a group, our heartbeats and breathing naturally synchronize, creating a real sense of unity and belonging.
• It builds confidence and creativity. Using the voice freely helps people let go of tension, express themselves, and access a deeper sense of presence.
• It strengthens community. Singing together reminds us that we are part of something larger — that harmony is something we create, not something that just happens.

Voice Activation for Teams

Strengthening Connection, Creativity, and Well-Being

In a time when many workplaces face rising loneliness, burnout, and disconnection, these workshops offer a simple but powerful solution: singing together.

The Voice Activation for Teams experience helps people reconnect — with themselves, with each other, and with the collective rhythm of the group. It’s not about performance or musical ability. It’s about rediscovering the voice as a tool for presence, confidence, and collaboration.

What It Does

• Builds connection and trust. Group singing breaks down barriers, creating a shared emotional experience that fosters belonging and psychological safety.
• Improves well-being. Singing regulates breathing, lowers stress hormones, and releases

endorphins and oxytocin — enhancing mood, focus, and resilience.
• Unlocks creativity. The workshop activates both hemispheres of the brain, helping teams think more freely, solve problems collaboratively, and access flow states.
• Strengthens communication. Singing together enhances listening, coordination, and empathy — skills at the core of effective teamwork.

Why It Matters

Modern organizations are rediscovering that culture and connection are not built through screens or strategy decks, but through shared experiences. When teams sing together, they align not only in sound but in intention — creating trust, energy, and a sense of unity that carries into the workplace.

The Voice Activation Workshop offers an unforgettable, evidence-based experience that combines science, creativity, and human connection — a genuine antidote to isolation and stress in the modern workplace.

In the Sacred Voice workshop I felt something important and ancient that cannot be explained by words. In addition to the deep baseline knowledge I got feeling of community and unity. The warm, sincere and playful energy of Jonas touches on many levels which makes you feel safe, welcomed and easily relaxed. Totally recommending this workshop for every human to experience!

Facilitation for Festivals, Retreats and Gatherings

Creating Shared Experiences Through Song

I offer facilitation for festivals, retreats, and gatherings where the focus is on connection, transformation, and community. These sessions can take many forms — from intimate morning voice circles to large-scale participatory rituals — always adapted to the setting and the people present.

Through guided vocal activation, storytelling, and collective song, participants are invited into a shared experience that transcends performance. It becomes a space for presence, grounding, and celebration — where strangers become a community through sound.

Each facilitation is shaped in close collaboration with organizers to fit the event’s atmosphere and purpose. Whether the aim is to open a festival with intention, close a retreat with unity, or simply bring people together in song, the experience creates a deep sense of belonging and shared energy that resonates long after the gathering ends.
